Incorporating Fall Colors Into Your Designs

Did you see that Pantone released their Fall Colors Report last week? We love the jewel tones that will bring a pop of color to the season! Not only will fashion designers be incorporating these colors into their fall lines, jewelry designers should also take notice.

You might be wondering how you'll incorporate color into your metalwork. Let us help!

Beads or crystals are an obvious choice. Have you seen our new collection of Swarovski Rivolis? Our signature technique, Spiro Pendant, is a great way to incorporate both wirework and color, and our rivolis complement the Pantone colors well.
Look at our DIY Design Ideas page for more finished pieces that incorporate the beads and crystals of your choice.

Another way to add color is using Resin. We have a FREE PROJECT that will show you how to create a bezel pendant such as this one using any color of glitter or micro beads of your choice. Our sample just happens to use the Pantone Color of the Year, Emerald! If you have not worked with resin before, we have several classes and free product videos that will teach you how.

If you like playing with fire, you might be interested in adding color to your metal by Torch Enameling. Look at this Enameled Charm Necklace to see what you can do with a few pieces of copper!

Finally, leather! Leather is the quintessential fall material and we have Bracelets, Necklaces, and Cord in colors to suit your every mood. We even have 15 Leather Design Ideas to help inspire you to create.

Are you planning to incorporate the new colors into your fall creations? Tell us what you have in mind!
