Soldering is not quite in my wheelhouse yet (working on it with mixed results) so learning riveting skills would be great - especially for mixed media which can't take the heat. I love working with leather for jewelry but so far I've used only wire wrapping, snaps and stitching.

Ok! I am trying for the third time to post this and if it doesn't work, I guess it's not meant to be. I was just looking into a different medium in which to make some MEDICAL ALERT jewelry for myself, family and friends. I am now an insulin dependent diabetic and truthfully hate the jewelry out there. I was just thinking of looking into working with metal and stamping etc. and I received this email. Talk about perfect timing! Now if only I could win the package so I could start now and not later when I have the money to buy the supplies needed....and I am posting this on my facebook page as well! Maybe it will perk up some interest!
