Headed to Bead Fest? We are too!

Summer isn't just wedding season - it's trade show season! The Bead & Button Show was certainly a lot of fun, and we're back at it getting ready for Bead Fest Philadelphia. Aisha has been busy making all of the preparations, calling in helpers as needed:

Making lists and checking things off.
Ironing aprons.
Corresponding with the show coordinators.
Buying comfortable shoes.
Pulling inventory for our booths.
Recruiting helpers.
Packing boxes.
Loading pallets.
Including Rocco in the fun!

Trade shows are so rewarding for us because it gives us the chance to interact with our customers face-to-face. We love hearing about the projects you are working, answering your questions, and simply sharing a love of jewelry making! If you are planning to attend Bead Fest, we hope you'll stop by! We are in booths 109 and 208 this year. You can't miss us!

If you're still on the fence about attending the show, we've got a few things in our apron pockets to help sweeten the deal. The form you see below gives you FREE admission to the weekend Expo. That's a savings of $12. Every little bit helps when you're buying jewelry supplies, right? Simply right-click on it, save the image, and print it.

But wait! There's more! Would you like to learn a new technique while you're there? With over 150 workshops to choose from, why not? Two lucky winners will receive a Workshop Discount Code, which is good for $25 off a full-day class or $15 off a half-day class. Many Beaducation instructors are teaching!

To enter, leave a comment on this blog post with the answer to the following question. We will choose two winners from the correct answers at noon PST on Monday July 30.

The nation's first ______ opened in Philadelphia in 1751.

 See you in Philly!

It is a hospital. That's where I am right now, but ready to leave soon. Food poisoning is not fun!
