Do you ever wish that you could just come on by the Beaducation offices and sit down for a chat and have someone help you with your jewelry-related questions?
We thought you might. We wish we could spend each day meeting and greeting all of our customers and sitting down and giving a detailed answer to every jewelry-making question live and in person. But we don't think that is a realistic dream. Plus the taxi fees to and from the airport would be way too expensive. (Not to mention the flight cost to get you all out here.)
So we have formed another plan. We have come up with the Beaducation.com Video Response Team. (Or BVRT for short.)
Nice acronym, but what is the BVRT you ask?
All of the Beaducation.com staff make up the team and produce short and informal videos that address specific customer questions. You might get an answer from Danelle, or Aisha, or Mel or maybe even Rocco. The videos show something that might be too difficult to describe in an email and expand or clarify techniques or tools or products that we carry on the website.
Sounds good, huh?
We are going to film a few of these a month and upload them to our YouTube channel. We'll let you know when a new BVRT video is up by posting here on the blog as well as on our Facebook page and Twitter.
If you have a question that you would like the BVRT to tackle, send 'em our way. Email us at cs (at) beaducation (dot) com. Put "BVRT Question" in the subject line and we will let you know if we film an answer for you.
Yes, as a matter of fact, we have started filming them. We have one on "How to Care for Your Letter Stamp Sets":
And one on "Filling & Flame with Butane Torches":
Let us know what you think and send your questions our way. BVRT over and out!
