We're SO excited to welcome Kate Richbourg as the newest member of the Beaducation team. She's heading up our online classes so stay tuned for some wonderful new classes and other developments in the days to come.
For those of you who don't know Kate, here's some background...

Kate has fostered creativity in the bead industry for nearly 15 years through the teaching and development of classes at various stores and bead conferences throughout the country. Her jewelry designs have appeared in
Bead & Button,
Beadwork and
Art Jewelry Magazines as well as in several books including the best-seller
All Wired Up and the
Art of Metal Clay. Most recently, she has made several appearances on TV's DIY Newtwork shows, "DIY Jewelrymaking" and "Craft Lab". Kate was also co-owner of San Francisco’s premiere bead store, Beadissimo, which closed in 2008. She is excited to bring her passion for teaching the jewelry arts to Beaducation as the new Director of Education.
